What I done
This project involved improving navigation, content structure, and presentation to serve users from Tyrol, South Tyrol, and Trentino regions. Key focus was on multilingual support (German, Italian, Ladin, English), clear information architecture, and responsive layout to serve local citizens, partners, and stakeholders alike.
Our Approach & Process

Research & Strategy – Mapped content from multiple regions/languages, evaluated user needs for transparency and governance.

Design & Development – Created accessible UI components, clean layouts; built frontend with responsive design and fast content delivery.

Implementation & Testing – Ensured consistency across language versions; tested usability, mobile performance, and cross-browser behaviour.
Challenge We Faced.
Managing content in multiple languages while keeping navigation intuitive. Also ensuring that important information and policies were easy to find, readable, and not overwhelming for users unfamiliar with regional governance.
