What I done
In this project I led both UI/UX design and frontend development efforts. The goal was to modernize LiveGlam’s website, ensuring it looks polished on all devices, provides fast load times, and delivers a seamless shopping experience while reflecting the brand’s identity and style.

Challenge We Faced.
One of the biggest challenges was legacy responsiveness & inconsistency across devices. The existing site had uneven behavior on mobile, slow image assets, and mismatched styles. Also, balancing visual richness with performance required careful optimization and refactoring of components.
